Terms & Conditions

  • All Timberlux products are on stock basis or made-to-order.
  • 50% advance payment is required. Cash on Delivery is not available.
  • Products may slightly vary in color, texture, or size due to natural materials and screen differences.
  • The photo may include additional props that are for display purpose only, and will not be included.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • Timberlux reserves the right to accept or reject any order.
  • Rate for delivery is define in website based on shipment with in Karachi only, for Only cities our representative will guide for additional charges at the time of order confirmation.
  • Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery.
  • Failure to report issues at delivery will be treated as acceptance of goods.
  • Timberlux is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond control including logistics or force majeure.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • For custom-made order delivery time is up to 3 Weeks  and in stock item will be delivered with in  7 working days of advance payment.
  • Delivery is available only within Karachi as per defined freight charges for other cities additional charges will apply.
  • Customers must ensure access for delivery.
  • Additional charges may apply for difficult delivery conditions.
  • Delays may occur due to production or external factors.
  • All standard deliveries are strictly limited to the ground floor of the delivery address, customers are requested to make their own labor arrangements prior to the delivery arrival.

Warranty Policy

To claim warranty, the original Timberlux invoice must be presented.

1. Polish & Finish

  • Covered under 6 months warranty
  • Does not cover:
  • Scratches or physical damage
  • Exposure to liquids, heat, or humidity

2. Structure & Hardware

  • Structural components and hardware are covered for 6 months
  • Warranty excludes:
  • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling
  • Unauthorized modifications

3. Foam & Upholstery

  • Foam is covered for 6 months
  • Upholstery is not covered under warranty but can last longer with proper care

4. Glass & Mirrors

  • Glass and mirrors must be inspected at delivery
  • No warranty applies after acceptance

5. Outdoor / Imported Items

  • Warranty may not apply unless explicitly stated

6. Warranty Void Conditions

Warranty becomes void if:

  • Product is altered or modified
  • Improper installation or usage occurs
  • Damage is caused by environmental exposure
