Return & Refund Policy
1. Custom Production Policy
Our collection features a mix of available stock and made-to-order products. Our representative will confirm the exact status of your items when finalizing your order. Please note that while in-stock items follow our standard return policy, made-to-order items cannot be refunded or returned once production is underway.
2. Eligible Cases for Return
Returns will only be accepted if:
- Product is delivered damaged
- Incorrect product is delivered
3. Complaint Timeline
- Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Supporting evidence (photos/videos) is required
4. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Design dissatisfaction after approval
- Minor variations in color, grain, or finish
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be issued via original payment method or bank transfer
6. Inspection Requirement
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- Verified by Timberlux before approval
