Return & Refund Policy

1. Custom Production Policy

All Timberlux products are made-to-order; therefore:

  • Orders are non-refundable once production begins
  • Returns are strictly limited

2. Eligible Cases for Return

Returns will only be accepted if:

  • Product is delivered damaged
  • Incorrect product is delivered

3. Complaint Timeline

  • Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • Supporting evidence (photos/videos) is required

4. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Design dissatisfaction after approval
  • Minor variations in color, grain, or finish

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via original payment method or bank transfer

6. Inspection Requirement

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Verified by Timberlux before approval
